Short term rentals (weekly up to 6 months)
High Season:
(Dec 15th - Jan 15th, Apr 1st - May 31st, Jul 1st – Aug 31st) $1,000 USD/week
Low Season:
(Jan 16th – March 31st, Jun 1st – Jun 30th, Sep 1st – Dec 14th) $500 USD/week
